    40IDS Booster Jets

I have a pair of 40IDS Carbs and only one Booster Jet as the previous owner dismantled the carbs and lost quite a few parts.

I have managed to find all the parts I needed except the Booster Jets.

I spent some time pricing up tooling to die cast them as the originals but it was just too costly so we are making a few sets by machining and silver soldering.

    More pictures as they progress.

Chris, it amazes me all the parts you fabricate. BTW, where are you located?
