FS: Repa 72-73, 5 band PP webbing

I kept some of this material back for my own needs. These are now filled

So, i have a little more of this 5 band PP 47mm Repa webbing.
As fitted to late 72-73 cars with retractors/ inertia reels, whatever you want to call them.

Also used for race harness applications, ST,RS,RSR.
There are 4 or 5 different weaves on this Repa 70's material. We have chosen this pattern as the outer bands of the others are prone to rubbing and excessive wear, causing the material to fray, or get stuck in the retractor. I was advised that this pattern is stronger. Good enough for me

Pictured alongside an original. Poor light and rain in the UK today

Many people have asked about re-webbing there reels. I will post a pictorial retractor re-web in the technical section tomorrow sometime, from a professional who knows what they are doing.

Price : An 8 metre reel is, £120 + £25.00 paypal and postage. This is more than enough for 2 reels. 12 metre harness rolls are, £180.00 + £30 paypal and postage.

I think i have around, 100, 110 metres only. When this is gone, i will only supply this material, pre-ordered and pre-paid. Waiting time will be around 4 weeks, subject to sufficient orders.

    Disclaimer:

I strongly recommend that you have your seatbelts re-webbed, constructed by a fully certified seatbelt installer.
I recommend that all works that you have carried out are fully tested for tensile strength etc, and a certificate of conformity is issued to certify that your belts are fit for there intended use.

I accept no responsibility for any damage to persons, property however expressed or implied.
By purchasing this material you agree to these conditions.

Further pictures. New re-webbed Repa inertia reels. These are marked VW, like a lot of these.
    Receivers are also VW.

I have no need for these, will stick up for sale later.

I'll take enough material for two fronts seatbelts with inertia reels. I'll post photos once I update my seatbelts. Thanks for doing this.
