    Fs 2.4 s pistons and cylinders

    One set of 2.4ltr S pistons and cylinders, belive the pistons are first over size based on number but please correct me .
    Yet to have these checked for measurement

    Pistons 84p11+
    Cylinders 84zd2

    $1100 plus shipping?

    Just wonder, did he also measure the ring lands and whether the P&C are 'round' or have become oval due to usage?

    no idea , i just asked him to measure everything and advise . the data is all i have

    IMHO is it important information for the buyer and seller to avoid issues.

    If the ring lands are 'worn' (have become too big) the rings will brake (due to tilting). Cylinders can become oval besides worn (oversize). They should be measured at multiple spots and should at all spots be about the same measurement. Than you know they are round.
