I have one. I'm currently tearing it down to part it out. The type is 911/51 and the serial number is 6123975. The castings are 4R/5R. It sounds like it is just what you are looking for. I should have it torn down, cleaned up and ready for pics in about a week, I'm waiting for my cam crowfoot to show up so I can continue the tear down.

I used to have an early 72 911 (Nov 71 build) and the case was 3R /4R.

    Hope this helps.
