Hey there Early S folks,

I'm involved with a discussion over on Pelican regarding Braid Wheels making 17" versions of their BZ wheels:

I'm wondering if any of you would be interested in a 7" x 17" +49 ET (911R offset) Braid BZ wheel? I'm thinking this would work on non-flared early 911s and 914s with the appropriately sized spacer (I believe the factory ran the 911R rear wheels this way). Or would it be better to set the correct offset in the wheel to try and eliminate the spacer?

Please keep in mind I have no affiliation with Braid or any other wheel manufacturer. I'm just trying to help create another option for a durable, relatively lightweight, and reasonably priced 17" Fuchs style wheel.

At this point it's unclear if these would be one-piece or three-piece wheels with hidden fasteners. Here are the sizes and offsets they are considering:

7" +49
7" +30
8" +30
8" +10
9" +15
9.5" +19
10" 0
11" 0

Please speak up if you would be interested in these wheels becoming available! Thanks!
