    Question "R" type window conversion

    Dear all,
I am about to convert my power windows into a leather stripe R type style. Anyone done that before ?
I have got the stripes and the little metal fingers.
How do I attach/fix the leather stripe to the window ?
    Help needed.
    Cheers
    Xavier

Thanks a lot. Here is the pic of the various steps I did today. I am pretty happy with the result. I had several "surprises", I could not use the leather strap to open the door, cause of the mecanism which have been upgraded to support the previous RS92 strap-I decided to reuse but swapping the strap to leather.
I also made a small piece of 1mm aluminium to strengten the edge of the window leather belt.
