    HELP Door pockets 1968

    Hello

My door pockets ( 911 S my 1968) are hanging loose , are droopy and does anyone know if there has been a thread in the past about installing these with new elastic step by step.
And where do you get the elastic from?

Thanks for checking and rgds egbert from holland

I did this previously on my '68. As I recall, there was a thread, maybe on Pelican, about it. I used black elastic I found at a local fabric shop and it worked perfectly.

    Good luck - Farrell

I did the same on my 69 911. Sold on a spool at a fabric or craft shop. It's just bungy. Knot the back end, thread it through and pull, then knot the end that ends in the inside of the door pocket itself. Check resistance to make sure it bounces back the door pocket. Cut the ends if satisfied with resistance. Easy!!
