Hi , you can contact ( write) directly to Porsche AG in Stuttgart Germany ( this is what I did many years ago and got
my COA from them ) OR contact Porsche cars North America in Georgia USA ( find them throug Google )

Try poking around on the Porsche web site a bit to see if you can find an international page for the CoA. The US based page can be found here:
    http://www.porsche.com/usa/accessori...fauthenticity/

    Good luck

Why not ask Porsche Ireland ? if you just need the info and not the fancy paper they may help,

the COA is over $100 US from Porsche cars North America in Georgia USA

You can get a CoA from Porsche Cars GB in Reading but it will cost you ~£68 ... & in my experience is often incorrect (I've never recieved one that was correct first time around !).

The amount of information you recent is minimal &, unless you need it to register the car (eg if you have imported it) I personally wouldn't bother.

However, if you are a member of the PCGB, you can obtain a CoA free of charge.
