    Unhappy John Fitch... R.I.P.

I’m saddened to inform of the passing of another giant, John Fitch.

Of all of the GREATS, this is the man I thought would live forever……

His life's accomplishments, not only in motorsport but in the world, are hard to believe …

    Smooth roads John

    Truly a sad day
I was sitting next to him at Lime Rock Park for the Sterling Moss gathering at the Vintage Festival.
He was very keen to hear what Sir Moss had to say ( speak louder! Sterling )

Sorry to hear this. Besides being a motorsport legend, he was also a very nice guy, a true enthusiast, and an engineering genius. The term renaissance man gets thrown around a lot, but John Fitch was the real thing.

I'm sorry to hear this! Was just watching the Le Mans 1955 documentary, with him in it, a few days ago.
