    weber carb rebuild

Where is ths best place to have a pair of webers rebuilt? I'm thinking that if you can see the throttle shaft moving as the car tries to idle its time for a rebuils.

I think you will get more than one vote for Paul Abbott at Performance Oriented. Enjoy his website. Not only knowledgeable, but a great guy. He is obsessed with webers - in a good way.

It's funny that the Porsche guys swear by a different person then the one the Ferrari guys swear by which is Piece Manifolds: http://www.piercemanifolds.com/

Pierce is great, no doubt... I dealt with them when building our Toyota rally car, and have nothing but nice things to say about them... however, Paul really knows Porsche carb setup and jetting, and I trust him with my Porsche above anyone else. He works on the standard driver, racer and concourse cars, but also real 911Rs, 911T/Rs, 911STs, 911RSs, 911RSRs, not to mention outlaw hotrods built by some of the most recognizable names in the Porsche world... I would recommend him first when it comes to our cars, above other trusted shops.

Another vote for Paul, he is VERY professional, communicates very well and tries to do as much as he can to help you out. He is very fair and precise.
