    fs aircraft landing lights for your car - really!!

    yes i know it sounds odd , but these are (i'm told ) a set of aircraft landing lights 12v set up on my 73 lwb. So i don't wan't them on the car so maybe someone wants them for theres (good talking point ) good condition with red backs $150 plus postage ?

    That brings back old memories.
    we used to run twin 150W aircraft landing lights on cars in the 1970's. Great for late night at speed on the highway but were illegal to use at the time here in Australia given how bright they were. Did not stop them going on cars, especially rally cars, at the time. Good luck with the sale.

    Ran GE landing lights in place of the high-beams on a tricked '76 BMW 530i we had... looked cool and threw light waaay out there!!
    No relay issues. I forget the model number but they were 5.75 dia. 12V/100w and only cost $30 bucks a pair. Just don't flash anyone.
