Fitting up new front latch panel '70 LWB

I am currently replacing damaged front cross member (front hood latch mount point) and looking for correct width dimensions before welding . I would appreciate any information received on this critical dimension for correct alignment.
    Thanks in advance

    Is this what you need?

I believe this as well as several other dimensioned drawings are contained in the factory service manual.
