Skid , good to know its out there !
Needs a little work, but at least its not become a toaster/ refrigerator/ Kia
Its ghostly form still roams amongst us......... and is a tangible 911 yet

a special thanks to dporsche for bringing this one to light!!
Especially when he's been working this "lead" for a while
I know how sometimes you gotta keep these sorts of things tight to the vest!
at least I know its out there!

Description:
Here is your chance to own a mostly complete non-running original 1966 Porsche 911 2.0 with a 5 speed transmission.
The body is in need of a total resestoration with new floor and rocker repair panels included.
The interior has many desireable features including a very nice 420 mm wooden VDM steering wheel and wooden dash accents. The seats are excellent along with the original dashboard, gauges, door panels and rubber floor mats.
This car was taken apart many years ago but was partially reassembled to display it's nice original features.
The exterior has very nice matching Sekurit glass, date matching 4 1/2JX15" steel wheels, bumpers, decos, doors, headlights, tail lights, turn signals, chrome door frames.
The engine 901/01 with serial number *903638* is correct for the car but does not turn over and the carburetor linkages are seized.
The transmission is correct and date coded but not original to this chassis.
This project is not for the faint hearted but this is a complete 1966 911 deserving to be restored to its original beauty.
We could part this original 911 out for $85,000 but that would be a sin against the hobby.
You can buy it for $85,000 and have a very desireable finished project in the end without sourcing all of the fine part details this car still has.
Vehicle has a clear NH title and is located in Claremont, NH.
Shipping is buyers responsibility. In person inspections are preferred.
More pics:
I have looked this car over closely if anyone is interested.
WOW !!! ... Congrats Jesse !!!
