This is a 1969 2.0L manual (just replace the 'S' with an 'E')

You should also look at the production date on the first page if you're looking to verify age. This one reads
    "Edition IX/68"

Notice any problems, I sure do. Look at the front, back and clear binder.

The lesson here is to educate yourself a little bit prior to buying the bits you need. Not everyone is fully aware of the parts they are selling. It's best for you to be armed with the knowledge. This forum is a tremendous resource and most all of your questions can be answered here.

Your manual however is obviously not for a 2L car.

    Yup, true.

This going to be made right. I'm not going to pay for this if you represent something as being for a 1969 car you should know that a 911 in 1969 were all 2. liter.

The paper is wrong, the binder is wrong, the back sleeve is wrong, and the damn front cover is completely friggin wrong.

I need an intervention. I just bought a (1968) 911 E manual off of ebay.
