Has anyone restored an air bottle or know of a restoration service for it?

    Hello.

I picked up an air bottle with its valve attachment, dated 04.75. I've searched the archive on how to restore it, but came up empty. I bought one of Mike's bottle, but would like to add this bottle to my collection. Has anyone done this restoration before? or know of someone who does? TIA for all your help.

There is a chap in Nordics who does replacement ( reproduction) stickers and boxes for the different versions, don't have his details to hand but can dig them out if you need them? Not seen the items directly only on website - maybe he frequents the forum?

Why restore it? It looks original; leave it alone to honor its 40 years existence.
