    73.5 T - Value Question

Brand new member here - so be nice
    I've got a 73.5 T with 115k on the odom.
It is certainly not a show car - have been told it would need a suspension pan at some point, there is likely some vac leak - as the ever popular oil drips. The car started life as viper green was then painted red and is currently white. The seats are not stock and it is missing the door pockets. I think that the dash top is non-standard as well.

I'm potentially going to be selling it - and have been told it is in Fair condition (one of the guys in my office building is a PCA driving instructor for local chapter and i would assume his assessment is better than mine)
I've seen the Excellence value sheet and while i would love to see my car worth 20k I'm doubtful it would fetch that - based on the limited information above - does anybody have a rough estimate as to it's value?
It runs well and makes all the right noises and the body is solid - I'm not desperate to sell it, but just trying to gauge interest and get an idea of it's value so if somebody does make an offer I'd know how close the #'s are.
    thanks in advance.

2 quick pics - not showing much detail - will add those later.

I was just talking to the guys that own a Porsche repair shop by me. They just sold an all original 1973T mfi that was non running, needed some rust repair, but is all original. It went for $10,000.
Not having the original dash, door pockets, seats are a problem. Wrong paint doesn't help, wrong mirrors, is the front bumper steel or fiberglass? Suspension pan repair is a common item. These cars were not galvanized and rust is common, batteries usualy take out the suspension pan and battery boxes. Are you sure there is no other rust in the chassis? Can you verify the vin, engine and transmission match? Are rims original, there is a date stamp on the back of them. A COA from Porshe could help.
Any suspension work ever done, or are all the bushings original?
Have the engine and transmission ever had work done? Post more pictures and any history you have on it.
I have a 1973.5 911T CIS and spending it's life in the Northeast is tough on them.

Esully - agreed - there are a few parts that aren't like the others (done by one of the prior owners).
Let's see - as to your questions:
    1) The battery boxes appear to still be intact - I don't recall seeing any rust - but i'm not saying there isn't any.
    2) The vin on the window tag and plate in the front match, i will be checking the engine today.
    3) At this time I am unsure of the transmission matching (but it does shift nice and not much slop)
    4) My hunch is that the rims are not original - I will try to pull one and check for dates. My reasoning is that the spare tire that was in there is a different size and is not black like the 4. It may even have the original spare tire on it - at least an old tire at that and nothing i would trust.
    5) I don't know of any suspension work done.
    6) I don't know about the bushings.
    7) I have had the car since 2007 and know the prior owner - she had it for several years as well - neither one of us has had any real engine work or transmission work done on it.

The car doesn't have the original stereo either - has a Alpine head unit and newer speakers - i've never turned it on (mainly as i think one of the fuses/relays is shot - the blower doesn't work currently either)
Here are some additional pictures that may help:

The tape/paint over the paint code has since been removed

A new gas pedal was put in since this picture

the fabric and spare have since been removed - they are in my garage

spend $225 and get it on a rack to have an independent Porsche shop look at it.
    - get a pre purchase inspection on it..

I'm starting to clean up my blog. Here's a link to my 1973.5. Right now it needs a new fuel pump. I'm going to try a Carter pump. The Bosch I used only lasted 18 months.

Looks a bit like a mixed bag.

    Is the front spoiler steel?

Dash insert seems to be changed or may be done to match brown interior.

You have a 1973.5 only fuel tank (a very good thing).

You should have chrome headlight trim rings.

    Mirrors should be chrome.

Vent wings should be operable not fixed.

Your seats are from a later car.

Does the vin plate match the stamping next to the smugglers box cover?

I'd say somewhere between $15 and $20K, if you wanted to sell (I would potentially be a buyer).

The hood gap is tight on the passenger side, and I'd be looking there for signs of prior impact/repair. The color change is unfortunate but reversible (at significant cost). The interior is a mix of original and matching/mismatching replacement pieces, as mentioned. The vent windows are correct. You should not have a right side mirror, and the correct mirror is stainless and pricey.
