Need help on car value, 70 911T

    Hi
Need some help on ident. the value of my 1970 911T.
I purchased the car from the original owners in Monterey. The body and undercarriage, paint and carpeting are near perfect with no accidents or rust ever.
The engine and trans are 84SC with few miles, seats as well are factory SC, but I have original vinyl seats for the car.
Brakes and suspension were updated. Car is badges as an S but I have the original emblems. Paint is 100 points.
Car comes with service booklet being serviced at the Porsche dealer in Monterey.
I am looking for a fair value for the car.
    Thanks, John
