    handbook wallets

    I am trying to determine the date of use of the following booklets, can anyone assist with the year of use ?

    1. Burgundy exterior / 'marlbled' blue interior with burgundy pockets

    2. Burgundy exterior / plain blue interior with burgundy pockets

    3. Burgundy exterior / all blue interior

    It has been discussed in details before... cant find the thread.

    As I recall several design co-existed, they produced thousands of them.
    Some are hard to date since the factory produced them well into the eigthies.

    I did a bit of research on this topic, as I had two. I believe these MAY be all for LWB cars but not sure. What I have (all burgundy inside and out and not as sturdy) I believe is correct for SWB cars.

    I agree with Peanut, one can not designate a single version for a single year, just a few overall types for overall years 65-73.
