    SWB undercoating and engine compartment paint recommendations?

    Sorry if this has been asked before... I attached some pictures of my 68. I want to get the whole underside and engine compartment looking good. Having it original to Porsches factory coating doesn't matter, it's going to be a hot rod. I just want everything to be clean and black. I would prefer to brush rather than spray. I know POR-15 can be brushed. Should something go on top of that as well? Use the same stuff in the engine bay? Torsion bar tubes? Trailing arms? etc. I also read good things about some Wurth products but those are spray only? Any help would be appreciated.

    I used Wurth with great success. Here is a rough picture (phone pic sorry), I'll take some better pictures and post them. The key is multiple thin coats. Takes forever to mask everything off, but it's worth the effort.

    Can I clean up the floor pan (without stripping the undercoating off) and go over it with POR-15 or something similar?

    POR15 can only work on bare steel, it is not meant to be applied over another coaiting. They recommend a top coating over it for UV protection.
