    87 octane (good old regular) should be just fine. Where are you located?

    The stock compression ratio should've been 7.5:1. Higher octane fuel will provide no benefit unless there is build-up in the compression chamber (such as on the top of the piston) that is rasing the compression and causing knocking. What have you experienced so far?
