    911 RS 2.7 1973 for sale

    Hallo,
    For sale a beautiful ivory white 911 RS 2.7 from 1973, engine, "secret number" and chassis no.s matching, very old restoration and basically not used since, born as Touring model but fitted with original lightweight bumpers, front RSR 2.8 oil cooler, interior lightweight door panels and lightweight seats with aluminium knob. Documented one owner car in the last 22 years, and with three other owners in total from 1973. Originally delivered to Italy and remained there ever since. Copy of original 1973 title and old photos from the restoration available and ready to be export with export papers already done. Car is located in northern Italy and can be viewed/tested in any moment upon appointment.     It sure is! I was just there (and saw this car, though it's not in Venice!). Both Venice and the car are lovely, and Mauro is a great guy besides.

    I don't mean to be one of the "Jackals" that Roam this site , But doesn't Gruber/konradsheim's RS Book show NO "Ivory" RS's produced in 73' ? . Again , i'm not calling anyone a Liar , it's just a Question ! . Todd

    Todd, I think that Mauro by "ivory" means "light Ivory", or code 0131

    For future reference this nice looking RS is # 0544 and from the photos I have, it has it's original engine and the chassis stampings are correct. Best wishes to the new owner.
