    Hey Scott

I'm told that all 68' tool bags were elephant hide, normal and L 911's. I've got a normal SWT and an elephant hide bag that I picked along the way. Let me know.

Normally elephant hide bags were with L's in order to match the interior. But bottom line is that the car ended up with the bag that the dealer put in it.

We're WAY more obsessive about these kinds of details than Porsche was then - and than Porsche is about their vintage cars now.

I literally dumpster dived the elephant hide bag I have. It may be a bit abnormal for my "normal"!

A few years ago, before I saved all my images, I found a NOS Elephant Hide bag with complete original
kit, in original plastic Porsche bag, to a list member. If you search, you'll find the sale but the pics are missing. I wish I had them as it defined a specimen example. Thanks.
