    Help finding history for 119301031 1969 911s

It will be great if someone could point me in the right direction to find the history of this 911. I think it is an interesting car since it has the 100L tank in the COA and the Recaro Sport seats and the original color is silver metallic. The car has a matching numbers engine, but a 71 LSD transmission. It might have some racing history?

I know the history 2012-1987 but then I lost track. I know the car was delivered in 1969 to Gran Canarias, Spain. It was usually the case at that time that expensive foreing cars imported to Spain first came in to the Canary Islands and after some time to the mainland due to the advantages of lower taxes.

I tried to talk to Porsche, but they would not give me any information due to the data protection rules.

What resources could I use to research this information?

Frank, could you post a closeup of the paint badge please; this should be one of the very odd codes.

I've run into that same problem with Porsche before. I've had better luck with the Porsche Club of GB so you might want to check with the club in Spain

Very nice looking car. Is it restored or original?

Thanks! It is a restored car. It was a good opportunity for a full restoration since the previous owner repainted the car white and the paint was showing its age. So it was nice to take it back to the original color, etc, etc, etc :-)

I had the car for the last 2 years, but I started the hobby with a 1967 911 12 years ago.
