Thumbs up New membership and renewal options…

    New membership and renewal options…

We have rolled out the first step in up-dating our membership payment options…

You have always had a maximum of 2 year membership if paid by check or credit card and sent, or phone in.

We now have 1 OR 2 year payment options on our on line (Paypal) membership form…….

We also have a recurring payments program for membership renewals
Paypal will automatically bill you for 20 one year cycles when you
initially purchase a renewal.... with canceling option.

    Hey Guys,

I just received an e-mail asking me to be a member (again, which means it must have expired). So, to renew, I send a check? To join I PayPal? I would do the 20 year thing but I fear I might expire before my membership does.

Just wondering if there is an automated renewal process via PayPal and with notifications like; "Your member ship to the Early 911S Registry is about to expire... click here to renew".

Definitely not trying to create more work for the volunteers that keep this fine establishment alive. I just have about 200 things to do any given day and, I'd like to stay on top of this in an expedient manner while keeping you guys in the black.

    What's the best way?

I am a bit confused now. My label says "Membership Expires 9/1/2013" but I got a message inviting to join as a paid member. What should I to do?

I've been getting something similar, but my membership doesn't expire until March 2014.
    What does this mean?

    Our apologizes...

    Please:

Rejoin at (actually a little before) your expiration date printed on your membership card and in the address box on every issue of the ESSES you receive. The reminder you got is part of club group email for due and past due members... it's are fault in our bookkeeping that a few members in good standing get this email......

    Germano,

This is coming from a mailing list for every members (non paid and paid all together) and not linked withyour specific membership. I had the same message a while ago, and did not care and everything is ok.
    Cheers.
