Peter Morgan in "Original 911" lists Recaro sports seats as option 9388/9389 for the first time in 1969. Of course the seats were available earlier, however, I have no earlier option number.

    Hope this helps!

I'm not sure they used codes in 67. My kardex just lists the options by name.

Strangely, there is no listing in the "accessories" brochure in 1967. Leather seats, headrests, hounds tooth inlays, and raised seats are listed but no Sport seats.

We have to remember that prior to 69, They just made seats for the left hand side. If a SWB car has 2 sport seats, they are both left hand seats.
