    Carburetor Stud Size?

    Happy Holidays All

I have a set of PMO manifolds that are missing the studs to bolt down my weber carbies... Can anyone help me with the size? I presume M6, but how long - and where do I get them?

    Cheers

Not sure about length mate but make sure you run the phenolic spacers which I think require longer studs than standard.

Yep, got the spacers sorted - it's the other end - where the manifolds and carbs meet...

The manifold --> carb studs are M8 x approx 40mm

They should be readily availalble (doesn't matter if they're slightly longer) - eg www.youroil.net (who are an online retailer for PMO/Weber parts)

A quick update in case this ever helps anyone...

The original studs that are removed from the heads for the taller/longer PMO supplied studs to allow the phenolic spacers to be fitted are M8x40mm; so they have been cleaned up and reused for the studs that bolt down the carbies to the manifolds.
