    Seat slider lube area

The R & L seats are a bit reluctant to slide fore and aft easily in the '73. Can someone describe and/or illustrate where the best place/area seat rails should be lubed? I don't want to randomly spray/lube. I was considering using TriFlow. Comments?

    Thanks,

I use Vaseline and put it between the I.D and the O.D. of the two extrusions. Just run the seat as far forward as possible, clean what ever residue is on the rails and apply some Vaseline to the rear of the rails - repeat sliding the seat backward and apply to the front of the rails.... Vaseline is viscus, clear, and pretty clean.......

I used a little plain old bearing greese. MagicLube would also do the trick if clear and viscous is your requirement.
