    Yes, it needs to be working as I am replacing the (non-working) short horn in the photo.

    I also have posted a same request a few weeks back with no responses. I wonder if there is someone that restores these horns?

    They are hard to find my friends. I found a NOS set a while back on global eBay. You may try searching there if you haven't already.
