    Are the Pelican "Engine Tin Cooling" mods effective?

    Does anyone have any feedback regarding the Pelican tech article about modifying the engine tin cooling dividers?

    I'm tearing down my 2.0 and it would be a great time to do this if it is truly beneficial.

    I performed these tin mods. Sorry I can't tell you if they really work or not as I haven't fired the motor yet.

    This modification is from Bruce Anderson`s book : PORSCHE 911,page 176 in the second edition...
