WTB: Sportomatic "push rod" for 71T

I am looking for part no. 905 116 070 01, the push rod which connects the clutch release lever and the intermediate shift lever on the sporto transmission. Mine sheared off the other week, and after a 110 mile tow home, I was finally able to diagnose the problem. The dealer tells me the part is now "superseded" with 3 pieces and a 4 week wait for shipping from Germany. I am hoping someone can help me get back on the road sooner! The rod is approx 7 1/2" long, with round heads and a pin at each end. The heads are at 90 degree angles to one another. Thanks for looking, George Alspaugh, San Diego gaa356 (at) sbcglobal.net.
