    Tall Bottom Seats

I have an almost NOS set of seats from a LWB (replaced them with sport seats) that I think are unusual. The bottom cushions are thicker than normal and have a tag underneath with a handwritten German word. I wish I could provide pictures but the shop where I had them stored has mis-placed them. In any event, is anyone familiar with these seats? They were evidently an option for shorter drivers.

    Thanks,
    JohnA

My '65 has the same thing. It was an option and is listed on my COA. Can't remember what they call it.
Will check later and let you know.

    Cheers,

    John,

My COA lists them as "Raised Seats"! Never heard of that before but obviously an option! :-)

    Cheers,
    Dave

    It is Option # 9427
    "Seats raised by 0.8""
It was only for SWB cars.
