I have seen worse ads
Ah c'mon Jules there are a lot worse out there.
Btw, IMO from my sideways monitor this does not look like a bad car. Has a fresh rebuilt motor and the car is originally Signal Orange.

Sometimes the worst ads can be the best buys, given the lack of attention they command. I would have been all over this guy for more information on his offering, had it not been for my recent purchase, of last week. As it stands, this car remains an enigma.
Car looks good for the price... rebuilt engine and all... I can't wait for next year when I will be able to buy a long hood car... I just wish the prices hold so that I can buy one. 30K for one is within my budget, scares me to see so many above the 70K price range
Drive safe!

Already Sale Pending. No surprise to me.
This is my first post, I joined the forum a few weeks ago. I bought it. I have been restoring VWs for years and decided to step up to a 911.
Thanks for all the great information on the forum, I have learned a lot already

Congrats. Looks like a great car. I myself just bought a '70 911T last week. Otherwise we probably would have been bidding against each other on this one!
Congratulations, Rob. Looks like a nice solid T, enjoy and good luck with it.
As to "worst" ads, check this one out: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifie...php?id=1027617
It's a project 1954 pre A 356 1500 normal (missing) and apparently the seller enjoys the inquiries, as little info is provided by the ad.
For headline posterity, plus the evocotive (all two of 'em) photos. Neither of which is the car. This'n is a head scratcher.
