    Key Pouch Vintage?

    Does anybody the correct year or years for this style pouch?

    Porsche probably did not make that pouch. The crest is out of proportion with the size of the front in relation to the other pouches Porsche has made over the years. It doesn't really fit the mold of something they would make. They usually take a more subtle route.

    #2 is much more likely. The early 911 ones tended to taper in a tiny bit at the bottom and had very fine stitching. See below. They also had either a colored leather or vinyl liner on the inside. No fabric or raw suede on the inside.

    With these two the one of the right is definitely period correct made by Porsche. The one on the left late 70's or 80's production. Possibly aftermarket. Different crest, different shape, rolled finished edges aren't as fine and different, longer chain. Lots of little detail differences.

    I'd put #3 is the same group as the 2nd one you posted.

    Thanks. For the second and third photo, I was told late seventies early eighties. The first photo was a pouch that I traded somebody for who wanted a late eighties style which I had.
