    Exhaust question

I pulled the exhaust of of my 2.2 T to replace the oil return tubes and discovered that there were no washers behind the nuts at the flanges. Parts book doesn't show any.
    Should washers be there?

    Thanks,
    Ted

Nope, no washers, and be sure to use anti-seize when reinstalling!
