What's it Worth-- 72 911 Oil Filter Console

Want to sell this but have no idea what a fair price is. Saw one sell on Ebay for $395 but it had the thermostat and mine does not and it was sold by someone that can get the top dollar for things. What do you guys think. I am looking for a fair price, not to make a killing but I also don't want to give it away. What do you think??

I have bought this part a year a or so ago for about $55; non-thermostat version as shown above but with the cover plate installed and the oil filter adapter.

    Hope this helps,

These typically go for $200-275 depending on condition.

The more expensive ones are the S front cooler version that includes the thermostat and is machined for the thermostat. You need an extra fitting as well. The non S ones just don't bring the money unless you get the work done and buy all the pieces.

Looking at this one it looks like it will accept the thermostat. I do not have one here to check with but I do at home so I will see if the therm will fit and get back here tomorrow.

With a 916-107-242 part number, would this be special to a 916?

I had the same thought originally but found out it is a standard number.
