    For Sale: very rare 1968 Porsche 911 S targa soft-window. 13,484 miles shown on the odometer (post rebuild at 67,827 miles). Original owner California SF bay area car its entire life with lots of documentation. Porsche certificate of authenticity. Original engine and transmission. 5-speed 901 transmission rebuilt in 1991 by Lukes & Shorman. New soft window and new rear window seal in 2006 by Weiss Upholstery. Repaint in 1998 by Eurocal autobody. Seats redone in 1998 by Cactus Euro Upholstery. New carpets & front door pockets, and jump seat throw matts redone in 1999 by Weiss upholstery. New fog lights and tires in 2017. Sent to SCarGo racing in San Rafael in late 2021 to prep for sale; work completed: full transmission rebuild/new clutch, new brake rotors and pads, all new suspension bushings, shocks, and carb tuning work (receipts available). Factory optional equipment: Webasto Gas Heater (works!), Electric antenna, Catacolor Glass front and side, Targa soft window, Brake warning system,Talbot mirror, Leather Headrest, bumper guards with rubber pad, Loud speaker, Recaro sport seats. Drives really well (fast and fun). I am not the owner, I am representing the owner who is in poor health. Car is currently at SCarGo Racing in San Rafael.     Pretty rare RoW soft window targa with no headrest recaro seats + tan interior. I’ve seen this car in person. Original color burgundy now closer to arena red (metallic). Also has after market speakers in the door cards. Factory steering wheel included which is nice.
