FS: @Alpinemotorsny - Tragic "update" to a 65 in NY

Not mine, no affiliation, but given the interest in early VIN cars, this may be worth a look by some of the more courageous among you. They have the car listed as a 66, but VIN 302083 looks like a 65 production to me. Be careful when you click the link - not for the weak-stomached

Wow, neato!! What a beautiful cah! Awsome side strakes, breathtaking interior, white gauges(!!!), less than 8000 miles; what's not to love about this cah. I'm gonna offer $25,500 and see if I can score it.

Looks to be a '65, by jesus.

Looks like someone spent a good amount of money all at once to do this criminal act. You might have to reason that they started with a solid car...hope not. Hey, they didn't paint the fan, usually they paint the fan.

In the eighties, the guys were buying earlies to "foredate" them into G series and 964...then in the 2000s doing the opposite : backdating. The guy here is just having a 10 years step forward, he is doing Futuredating.

I think the donor '65 might have been one of the factory development race cars. Not sure but it might be worth restoring back to original condition!

I agree, they should have done a motormeister fan.
