    Teach me on Regulator Wiring

    Hello.
Please teach me which cable go to the terminal of the regulator on '72 911S.
I know the blue one got to the right terminal, the brown and black ones go to the same left terminal?

Brown is ground and goes to the mounting screw. Black is DF to the alternator goes to the screw terminal.

If you'll look closely the left terminal is marked DF that stands for "dynamo field" and the black wire goes there. The blue wire is for the alt.warning light and of course goes on the only spade terminal. Brown is always ground in the German system so it goes on the mounting screw where the regulator is bolted to the relay board.
