FS: 15mm wheel adapters (move Fuchs 7R offset wheels to outside.)

    SOLD.
$150 plus shipping. These are the adapters used to position a 49mm/7R offset wheel properly in many early narrow body fenders. They fit my 74 narrow body perfectly, not sure about the earliest cars. Beautifully made by Schnell of Germany. Used once.
Not appropriate for competition use without major Lock-tite.

Interested; are they adapters that bolt to the existing hub, or are they spacers that require longer wheel studs?

Apologies. The ad was supposed to have a picture. They bolt to the existing hub, don't need longer studs.

I use the same (or very similar) bolt to bolt spacers with a set of 7R weld ups from Harvey Weidman. I have used them in auto-x competition with NO problem. Harvey had to clearance the inside of the wheel to allow room for the lug nuts that hold the spacer to the hub. You "may" want to take that into consideration. Not sure if these require that mod. Mine are flat 6's welded into 7R's and run on a 73 911. My bolt to bolt spacers are 15mm and 18mm.

These are what I use on my car as well. Makes switching wheels back and forth very easy.

Did you have any clearance issues with the lug nuts that hold the spacers to the hub on your 7R wheels?

Not at all but I did listen to Harvey when it came to tire sizes. My car isn't lowered although I don't believe clearance would be an issue if it were.
