I've interacted with both parties today via PM. As there is strong disagreement between both parties related to contractual issues, I requested that they work things out offline. I hope you underdstand.

I have no horse in this race. However the frustration from being wronged with no recourse is overwhelming. Especially from another on the forum. I can absolutely understand wanting some satisfaction by making all aware. That said, it is better to handle the issues privately if possible. I do not need to know the details. And I do not care. It just blows me away that this sh!@ happens in the first place. It has happened to me. I speak and understand the kings english and still miscommunication. It is obvious the guy feels wronged but who is at fault? Too bad for all involved.

Something to someone. I read the now deleted posts this AM that's all. No accusation here! There is no judgement, you misunderstand. What bothers me is that it happened. You are wronged as well. Reread my post!

I am not going to start over here but i have direct questions that you refuse to answer. You and your moderator pals have allowed my posts (fine, maybe this isn't the right forum) as well as your original ad (why did you take that down?) to be removed.

And the third party you are referring to is YOUR mechanic i'm assuming?

I am more than willing to let you buy the car back so we can move on.

I have no dog in this fight. I bought a car off of our Registry here 3 years ago or so. I won't name names but the car was blatantly misrepresented to the point that I felt it was fraud. I went thru a long and drawn out BS battle with the seller off line from here. But at the end of the day, I was responsible as well...I didn't perform my due diligence as I should have. I should not have relied on the seller's word as gospel. I learned an important lesson. Just my .02
