Long and short trumpets in black. Saw this over at the bird site for reference. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...pet-horns.html

But that is a trumpet and the ad was for a banjo if its the same one I saw. I think these horns were made in France and the company starts with an "M". The one that I had a few years ago was from a 928.

One recently completed Ebay transaction for a nice pair of red trumpets can be found here.

I was the one looking for the banjo type. Still looking. I think someone else who was looking for these style horns for his 73 bought a pair for $75.

Given how many people are looking for these, the price often reflects the demand. I've seen working singles sell for as much as $100. That eBay sale was a great deal.

    A pair did recently

Well bought and sold. Gotta love someone that isn't trying to squeeze every last nickel out of a part. Good Porsche karma!
