FS: USA Blaupunkt Frankfurt Dated 1970

    ** SOLD **

This has the USA tuning scale. It works well. I listened to it for a couple of days after bench testing it in my shop. Date code is 7-630 which denotes 1970 production. Complete with: knobs, thingamajigs that adjust tone and tuning, spacers, chrome bezels, chrome face plate, metal mounting plate and original basketweave German vinyl. You will have to cut out the vinyl yourself though because I'm not good at it.

This would not be correct for a early 911 with the 1 speaker on the dash since it is a "stereo" version. "C" prefix is for '71-'72 as mentioned above, could have been an option at the selling dealer if rear speaker self was added or door speakers. Either way it would look correct for '69 to '73 time period. John it is very easy to finish off the faceplate, just glue down the basket weave material and let dry overnight, then take a new razor blade (may need a couple) and cut out the 3 openings. Hope that helps!

Thanks Mike. It's the holes that I have a hard time doing well. And I hate to ruin original German vinyl! I don't have much left.
