    Muffler for the 901 wanted

    Hi all- anyone got a decent, original and serviceable muffler to suit the '65?

    Am backfiring like a best man's naughty ex-girlfriend joke at a wedding......

    BUMP; Car's been invited to up Rennsport & I need to get it mufflered......!

    Anyone got decent a muffler lying around ? The 901 has been invited up to Rennsport so I need it tickety boo.

    Stew, i have a standard muffler on the 73 Targa i have, I could take it off and sandblast it, and paint it with VHT paint for rennsport if you like. I can bring it down for you, and you can fit it for the weekend, and take it back with me if you like.

    Tim- thats a superbly generous offer, truly many thanks. I need a permanent solution before i give a local jogger a heart attack or the star force bail me up......

    I might just need to get a new one and fit the original chrome end.
