    That car has been around for a long time and is always advertised on Craiglist. That is a TN phone number in the ad. The owner is never able to provide a possible buyer an inspection, and I am not sure who actually owns the car.

    Yes I have called a few times and never got a real person to answer or call back.

    I did a search on Spokeo and all that comes up is that its a mobile phone number in Franklin TN. The voice mail says "Travis Kelty" for what its worth.

    Why would someone offer a car FS in Atlanta while being in Franklin, TN? Is it a "failure to communicate" or something very more serious?
