    Steering Rack part number assistance

I just took this rack from my shelf and need help as I cannot locate a typical Porsche part number. On the I.D. plate it says 782C900129 in the top box, and the bottom boxes say C62341 on the left side box and 1089 in the right box. It is stamped 69, so I think it is for that year, and perhaps for
    70, 71 and so on.

Does anyone know what period this is for and the value?. I cannot believe how new this looks (not new though)

    Thanks,

    John

The service manual says the rack changed to the type with sheet metal covers in late 1970 production. So it is earlier than that.

    It may be a 69.
