WTB: Radio DIN mounting plate (for a radio like a Blaupunkt)

I need ideally the insert into the dash that holds a Blaupunkt AM/FM in the dash. These are often referred to as DIN mounts. They are one piece and span across the entire dash radio opening.

I do have two ears that are held on to the radio shafts, but in order to successfully mount the radio behind the dash cover I will need to mount the radio from behind, thus the DIN mounting plate.

I think the best solution is the u shaped bracket that holds the rear of the radio, then you put the dash plate in to hold the front in. I was never successful in inserting the din bracket that slides in the front, that only works on the newer cars.
