    FS: SWB Splash pan

    SWB splash pan very good shape . dry and dusty
    65-68 911 yrs

    I think what you have there is a home made version. All the ones I've seen are a much more complex pressing.

    It does have the contours it from a 65 car

    The one from my unmolested mid 66 swb looks like your last photo. That said I'm no expert on 64-65 so you might be right for these very early models. Still looks home made to me.
    Just trying to be sure you don't get any comeback on a sale

    thanks . it is stamped with contours .it hard to see in photo
    i am 99.9 it is a factory peice.
    the SWB holes are for the suspension bolts and the 69+ bolt holes are different place.

    Reference photo

    There are three styles from 1964 thru 1967.

    They look like this:
    the lightest in color is from a 1964/1965 car.
    the black is from a 1967.

    The middle is unknown for months/year used - but has individual features similar to the other two.

    dporsche74 has a 1964-1965 unit for sale. If the front steering rack outriggers have the small cross positioned tubes welded in place - this panel bolts from the sides into those tubes.

    Note the other panels bolt mount from the bottom rather than the side.
