Soft Window Targa to Fixed Window

When did Porsche offer the fixed window as an option on the early cars? Does someone have a production date. Thank you.

To provide more information. I am looking at a early 68 911 targa, with production date of November 29, 1967, the COA has as an option "fixed tinted rear window", the car currently has a soft window. Could this be an error on the COA? I wanted to know if late 67 production cars came with this option fixed window.

One more thing, is there any way to tell if the car was originally produced with a fixed window and then converted to soft window?
