    Need the Hood Badge Police

Please read full post has anyone seen a badge with "TTL" logo on the back of a badge. Recently aquired an old hood badge that is a red stripe so '74 and older, but what is throwing me off is the back Mfg. logo. It has the registered "R" and part # 901.559.210.20 but upper left logo is "TTL" I have only seen the "AR" and the crossed "REU" logo. Has anyone else seen one like this?
