Thread: Question for the Brain Trust Exterior trim

Question for the Brain Trust Exterior trim

My 1969 911S Targa has black and chrome trim, its obvious the bumper guards have been painted black over the chrome, but that being said there is some black trim that is obviously black, but not painted over. Did these cars come with both black and chrome trim.

    Thanks guys and gals

Black trim didn't start until the mid-seventies, yours should all be chrome,,,,on Targas anyway, coupes were anodized aluminum.

Your front and rear bumper extruded aluminum trim has also been painted black and is incorrect. Same with your door handles.
